Michael Gestone is a co-founder of Greenbird Capital and co-manager of the Greenbird Intelligence & Opportunity Funds alongside Nikolas Costello, helping accredited investors put capital to work in both the private & public markets as well as market-linked notes. With more than 14 years in the securities industry, including seven at National Securities Corporation, he brings a seasoned perspective and a hands-on approach to every client relationship. A FINRA-registered General Securities Representative (Series 7) who also holds the Series 63 registration, based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Nikolas Costello is a co-founder of Greenbird Capital, where he serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and co-manages the Greenbird Intelligence & Opportunity Funds alongside Michael Gestone. He oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and compliance program, and holds FINRA registrations as a General Securities Principal (Series 24), Registered Options Principal (Series 4), and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79). He is based in the firm's Boca Raton, Florida office.

Nicholas Kozlowski is a Registered Representative at Greenbird Capital, where he focuses on building and managing client relationships and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for the investors he works with. A FINRA-registered General Securities Representative (Series 7), he also holds the Series 63 registration and has worked in financial services since 2022. He is based in Greenbird's Boca Raton, Florida office.
